ANDO Portugal 2021 Congress

The 1st ANDO Congress 2021 will take place on 11th and 12th September 2021 in the auditorium of the School of Education and Social Sciences of Leiria.

Under the theme “Skeletal Dysplasias: The Person and the Society", the Congress will welcome international speakers, specialised in different areas related to skeletal dysplasias as achondroplasia and presenting on scientific research, clinical care and social studies, and will also address dimensions about the person and the family, with discussions of key issues focusing on real life experiences.

With the focus on the face-to-face event, for a global and enriching experience, ANDO sets this as an hybrid event with simultaneous translation to English in a live broadcast in an online platform.

ANDO Portugal is the National Patient Organization for Skeletal Dysplasias, founder in 2015 by Inês Alves, founder of Beyond Achondroplasia.
